Daily Assembly

To tap the inborn talents of the students Ramco Vidyalaya organises school assembly for primary & secondary students separately. On every Mondays Ramco Vidyalaya organises common assembly to show the best talents of the students.

Ramco Vidyalaya adheres a particular pattern in organising the assembly schedule as follows.

Monday- Science Concept
Tuesday- Maths Concept
Wednesday – English

Thursday – Social Concept
Friday – Tamil
Saturday –Hindi

The chairpersons of the houses take responsibility in selecting the students to present their concept in the assembly.

5’S

RAMCO VIDYALAYA diligently is under the practise of 5’S. Ramco Vidyalaya has received 5’S certificate from quality circle forum of India.(QCFI) jointly with Union of Japanese scientist and engineers (JUSE).This practise has made the students aware of cleanliness, orderliness and also to sustains the practise at school and home.

Clubs

To groom the students various Club activities are conducted on Quiz, Math, Science, Literacy, Home Science, Heritage, General knowledge, Health clubs, Art& craft are available to enrich the practical knowledge of the students to channelize them towards all round development.

Excursion & Trips

Industrial Visit – Every year students from Class VI – X students were taken to different industries like soap factory, Milk factory, Biscuit factory, poultry form, textile Industry, Water purification plant in order to learn the different processes. Every year Students are visiting to Science Centre for joy of learning.

Co-curricular activities

Ramco vidyalaya’s cherished goal is to bring out the best in every child by finding out his/her inherent/latent talents nourish and develop them to the fullest extent. Ramco Vidyalaya equally gives importance on professional talents and for this Yoga, Dance, Karate Skating & Silambam are taught by external experts to bring out the skills of our students.

In order to encourage the students to develop leadership qualities & competitive spirit they are grouped into four houses namely Diamond, Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire. All Activities in games, Sports, Assembly activities and co-curricular fields are organized on competitive basis among the houses.
